So we said to one another, “imagine if making plans was as simple as viewing someone’s calendar and clicking on a free time” with this basic concept in mind, PiBiDi was created.
As soon as you use our website at pibidi.com, you accept that you have read, understood and agree that you are bound by these terms and conditions of use.
We reserve to ourselves the absolute right and discretion to make changes of any description to these terms at any time we choose without notice and if we make such changes, once you use the site after such changes have been made, such use constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these or any future terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
You are totally responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must provide totally accurate information about yourself which is personally identifiable which may include your IP address, your full user name, email address, password, city, postcode, telephone number and such other information that you might provide us with or that you might include in your profile.
It is understood and agreed that the service on this site is currently available for your personal and non commercial use only.
You may not post any unlawful, threatening, offensive, libellous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, racialist, defamatory or otherwise improper or objectionable material that infringes or violates any party’s rights or intellectual property.
You undertake to obey all relevant copyright laws and we have the right at our sole discretion to remove content deemed to have been distributed in violation of any copyright or for that matter any other law.

You may not post or transmit or share any content which is criminally actionable and nor may you encourage or provide material which is criminally actionable or for that matter which would violate any local, state, national or international law.

You are totally responsible for all activity that occurs under your screen name or any activity done via your password which you must keep secure.
You may not post, upload, transmit, share or store or make available any photographs or videos other than those of a personal nature that are of you or your friends, or are taken by you or your friends. You may not post offensive, distasteful or pornographic photos or videos of any kind.
It is understood and agreed that when you post content on site, you automatically authorise us to take copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to allow the posting and storage of user content on PiBiDi. When you post content to any part of PiBiDi, you undertake and represent that you have the right to give PiBiDi an irrevocable non exclusive fully paid worldwide license to use and distribute such user content for any purpose, be it commercial or advertising or in connection with the promotion of the site. Once you remove your user content the license granted by you above will expire. The company may retain archive copies of the content.
PiBiDi does not claim ownership of your content and you retain full ownership of all your content and IP rights associated with your content.
We reserve to ourselves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, or for that matter, to terminate at PiBiDi’s sole discretion, members who infringe these terms and conditions in any way.
To the extent that the site contains links to other third party websites as well as to photographs, text pictures, music etc is understood and agreed that such third party sites and its software content are not investigated or monitored or checked for accuracy and we are not responsible for any third party sites accessed through PiBiDi or through any third party applications. If you decide to access the third party site, or to use or install any third party applications, software or content you do so entirely at your own risk and you should review the applicable terms and conditions of any site to which you navigate from PiBiDi.
You also agree to indemnify PiBiDi and each of their Directors, Officers, Agents or Partners harmless from any loss, liability, legal fees arising out of or in connection with any user content, third party applications, software or content you post or share on the site or through the site.

The PiBiDi site and the service provided may from time to time be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for other reasons. PiBiDi assumes absolutely no liability or responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or alteration of user communications. PiBiDi is not responsible for any malfunction, be it technical or otherwise or for any other problems, PiBiDi is not responsible for any breakdown in computer systems, or servers or providers, and it also not responsible for injury or damage to the users personal computer or their hardware or software, related to or resulting from using PiBiDi. Under absolutely no circumstances will the company be responsible for any loss or damage of whatsoever kind resulting from anyone’s use of the site or the servers whether online or offline. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the company’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever is at all times to be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the company for the service during the term of your membership, but in no case will the company’s liability to you exceed $1,000. You also acknowledge and agree that if no fees are paid to the company for the service, you shall be limited to injunctive relief only, unless otherwise permitted by law, and shall not be entitled to damages of any kind from PiBiDi, regardless of the cause of action. You may have additional rights, because certain laws do not allow limitations on implied warrantees or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.

Prior to using pibidibusiness.com, you must consider and decide the extent to which you wish to reveal information about yourself, your business, your company to the community of PiBiDi Business users. You must not communicate to PiBiDi Business users any information which could be harmful to you or your business or company.
It is absolutely essential that you keep your password secure and entirely confidential and that you do not allow other users to use your account as you are responsible for anything that happens through your account.
If you utilise any of pibidi.com's paid for services, this user agreement applies to your use of such paid for services.
You absolutely acknowledge and agree that we may send you or your company or your business important information regarding the service provided by PiBiDi Business by email or through other means, including mobile and email. You acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability associated with or arising from your failure to maintain regular and accurate contact, including but not limited to, your failure to receive important information about the service.
You are solely responsible for your interaction with other members of PiBiDi Business. PiBiDi Business however reserves to itself the right, but at the same time has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members and also retains the right to terminate your account if PiBiDi Business determines, in its sole discretion, that doing so is the correct thing to do.
To the maximum extent permissible under any applicable law, we disclaim any and all implied warrantees and representations including without limitation, any warrantees of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. If you are dissatisfied or harmed by PiBiDi Business or anything related to PiBiDi Business, you may leave PiBiDi Business and terminate the agreement and such termination shall be your sole and exclusive remedy.
Delivery / Sign up
On registering for a PiBiDi Business account you will be sent an email containing a unique link to the website which you will need to click in order to activate your account. Once the account as been activated you will been entitled to a 30 day free trial period to business.pibidi.com.
Payments
Subject to you activating the account you will be permitted a 30 day free trial period to use business.pibidi.com.
If you cancel your account prior to the end of the 30 day free trail period you will not be charged.
The service is billed montly in advance and no refunds are available. Any upgrade or downgrades to the service will be charged at the new rate at the next billing point. Downgrading your account may result in the loss of data and pibidi does not accept any liability for any such loss.
Termination
You may terminate this agreement, for any or no cause, at any time, with notice to PiBiDi Business which shall be effective upon PiBiDi Business processing such notice. PiBiDi Business likewise may terminate the agreement for any or no cause, at any time, with or without notice, which shall be effective immediately or as may be specified in the specific notice. In addition, your access to any paid for services may be terminated only by PiBiDi Business or the party paying for such services. Termination of your PiBiDi Business account includes disabling your access to PiBiDi Business including any content you submitted or others submitted and may also bar you from any future use of PiBiDi Business.
Without in any way limiting the generality of the aforegoing, PiBiDi Business has a policy of terminating, in certain circumstances and at PiBiDi's sole discretion, members who are deemed to be repeat infringers. PiBiDi Business may also at its sole and absolute discretion limit access to the service and/or terminate the membership of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
If any of the provisions of this agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be interpreted so as to not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions in this agreement.
We may notify you via postings on business.pibidi.com and via email or any other communication means. You may also notify us via email at business@pibidi.com or via mail or courier at pibidi Ltd c/o Netro42, Highgate Road, London, NW5 1RT
It is agreed that this agreement constitutes the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding the services provided and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings whether written or verbal.
We reserve the right to modify, supplement or replace the terms of the agreement which will be effective once posted on the site. If you do not want to agree to the changes, you can terminate this agreement at any time.
Our failure to act in relation to any breach by you or others does not waive our right to act in relation to that breach or subsequent or similar or other breaches.
You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the agreement. We may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the agreement fully or partially.
Each user grants PiBiDi Business a license to use the content supplied on the PiBiDi Business website.
This license includes the right for PiBiDi Business to represent, reproduce, adapt, translate, digitise, whether commercial or non commercial, to sub license or to transfer the content concerning each user over all or part of the PiBiDi Business service or in any mailings of PiBiDi Business and in general through any electronic communication media.
Each user expressly authorises PiBiDi Business to modify such content in order to conform to the interface or requirements of the PiBiDi services or of other communications media, and to render them compatible with its technical specifications and format. These rights are granted throughout the world for the entire term of this agreement. The user is prohibited from copying, reproducing or otherwise using the content relating to other users of PiBiDi Business for any purposes other than for those purposes strictly related to the use of the PiBiDi Business services.
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide PiBiDi Business with the following information.
1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you feel has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site.
4. Your address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a belief in good faith that the disputed use has not been authorised by the owner of the copyright, or its agent.
6. A statement made by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

Right of Cancellation
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen provides a simple no questions asked cancellation link.)
In the event of a valid cancellation, both parties shall be obliged to restore any benefits already received. If the user is unable or partially unable to restore the benefits, then the user is obligated to reimburse PiBiDi Business for the corresponding value. Each party must fulfil its obligations for reimbursement within 30 days. The deadline begins for the user once the notice of cancellation has been sent. For PiBiDi Business, it begins with the receipt of the cancellation sent by the user. The right to revoke the contract expires if PiBiDi Business has begun providing the service with the users consent before the end of the deadline for the cancellation or if the user has initiated the service.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by English Law and disputes relating to them will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
PiBiDi Business Pricing
On launch of the business section pricing will be as follows:
• 30 days free no commitment trial
• 1 to 2 staff - £5 per month
• 3 to 5 staff - £10 per month
• 6 to 15 staff - £15 per month
For companies over 15 individuals bespoke packages can be provided.
