WE take this opportunity of welcoming you to PiBiDi. Where did the idea come from? Well, we never had a way of knowing where people were and if they were available to make plans. So we said to one another, “imagine if making plans was as simple as viewing someone’s calendar and clicking on a free time” with this basic concept in mind, PiBiDi was created.
PiBiDi is extremely determined and concerned to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. In so doing PiBiDi does not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 and nor are such people allowed to register. Absolutely no one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to or on PiBiDi. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has posted personal information on PiBiDi we reserve the right to delete that information immediately and as quickly as possible.
It is our suggestion and recommendation that all children under the age of 18 seek permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves to anyone on the internet, on PiBiDi or for that matter on any other site related to it in any way.
When you register on PiBiDi you provide us with different types of personal information you deliberately choose to disclose. Information provided by you and collected by us includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number, your gender, your browser type and IP address. Additionally we may also use cookies to collect additional information in order to improve the site and our service. A cookie is a small piece of data (a file) that we transfer to your computers hard disc. We do not use cookies to collect personal identifiable information however.

Although we allow privacy options to be exercised by you, we are unable to control totally the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information. We are unable and hereby specifically state that we do not guarantee that user content you post on the site will not be viewed by unauthorised persons. If your privacy settings or security measures contained on the site are avoided or circumvented by anyone we are not responsible.
You understand and accept that even if you remove your information from PiBiDi, your user content may remain archived or it may remain available if other users have copied or stored your user content. Any illegal or improper misuse of information provided on PBIDI is a violation of PiBiDi’s terms.
PiBiDi is about making plans with others, while at the same giving you privacy settings that restrict other users from accessing your information. We allow you to choose which information you provide to your friends and network through PiBiDi and our site and privacy settings allow you to make deliberate and informed choices about who has access to your information. We share your information with third parties as described previously only in very limited circumstance where we believe that such sharing is required by a Government, or is legally required or is permitted specifically by you. To the extent that PiBiDi may contain links to other websites we are specifically not responsible for the privacy practices of other third party websites. If therefore you leave the PiBiDi website and link with another, we implore our users that they read the privacy statements of each and every other website that collects personally identifiable information.
The Privacy policy contained in this document relates solely and only to information collected by PiBiDi.
PiBiDi takes many precautions to protect our user’s information. Your user information is located on a secured server and is protected by a firewall. When you enter sensitive information like credit card information we encrypt that information using appropriate technology.
